Linda Joyce "LJ" Gyimah, the owner of Embrace Makeup Artistry, is a highly sought after Northern Virginia based makeup artist in love with making women look and feel beautiful.
Her love for beauty began at an early age and has blossomed into Embrace Makeup Artistry. With 7+ years of experience in the cosmetic industry, LJ has combined the art and science of makeup and client engagement to deliver quality customized consultations.
Through the years she has a built a diverse and loyal client base with clients often taking her along as they journey through life; from graduations, corporate headshots, weddings, and maternity shoots. Nothing brings her more joy than travelling alongside her clients through their phases of life and womanhood.
One of the goals of Embrace Makeup Artistry is to take the trepidation out of makeup, providing a comfortable space for exploration, fun, and makeup. To this end, LJ teaches makeup workshops, enabling clients to learn basic makeup skills for themselves.
